We always start with a complementary short phone call, to give both parties the opportunity to learn more about each other and ask questions. Our goal is to blend our vision as creative professionals while delivering on your wants, needs, and vision. This means that we will be in communication with you leading up to the wedding day, while acting as your personal creative director.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to secure your date, and then you can pay in installments up until your wedding day.

What’s your turnaround time?

We typically will deliver all of your films within 100 days. However, the shorts are typically completed within the first 14 days. There is an express delivery option on the a la carte page in the wedding film brochure, which offers the quickest turnaround time.

Do you offer custom packages?

Absolutely! Packages are modifiable and customizable, since every couples love story may require differences in coverage or deliverables. Reach out to us and we can loosely have a chat to see what is right for you.

Fun question! Our video production expertise spans far and wide. Both of us have years of agency experience, working directly with clients on specializing video projects to help their goals.
